Former wooden house from the XIInd century owned by the family Serghuys, it has been bought by the corporation of the « GRAISSIERS » to become its head office. Finally rebuild in stone it resisted bombardments of 1695. They restored it in 1697 in the same style of “le Roi d’Espagne”. You can admire on the front of the restaurant a statue of Saint-Gilles, patron of the “Graissiers” and over the door a sign representing a wheelbarrow.
